1. Check-in and Check-out Times
  • Check-in time: from 14:00
  • Check-out time: before 12:00
  • Early check-in or late check-out requires prior approval from the reception and may incur additional charges
  •  – Before 09:00 or late check-out until 18:00: charged at 50% of one night’s rate. 
  •  – Check-out after 18:00: charged at 100% of one night’s rate.
  • Upon check-in, guests must present valid identification (Citizen ID/National ID card for Vietnamese citizens; passport with valid visa/entry document for foreigners).
  1. Visitor Policy
  • Visitors must present their identification at the reception desk and are only allowed in the apartment between 08:00 and 22:00.
  • Overnight visitors must be registered in advance with the reception and may be subject to a surcharge according to the price list.
  • The number of occupants must not exceed the maximum capacity allowed for the booked apartment type.
  1. Security and Safety
  • Please lock the door and keep your keys/key cards safe. A fee of 100,000 VND per piece will be charged for any lost key/key card.
  • Do not arbitrarily repair or alter the structure and equipment in the apartment.
  • Strictly no storage or use of illegal substances, weapons, explosives, or any other illegal items.
  • Please follow the emergency escape instructions in the event of a fire or explosion. The evacuation map is posted on the back of the apartment door.
  1. Cleanliness and Property Maintenance
  • No smoking inside the apartment and in public areas with “No Smoking” signs. Violators will be fined 1,500,000 VND to cover deodorizing costs.
  • Do not cook strong-smelling foods (such as hotpot or heavily deep-fried dishes) that may affect other apartments.
  • Guests are responsible for compensating for any damages caused to the apartment, furniture, and equipment by themselves or their visitors at current market prices.
  • Regular housekeeping service: twice a week (Mondays and Thursdays). Additional cleaning services can be requested for a surcharge.
  1. Noise and Common Courtesy
  • Quiet hours: 22:00 – 07:00. Please keep the volume moderate and do not disturb other guests.
  • Do not host parties or large gatherings in the apartment without prior approval from the management.
